The first step is to choose the right size of PVC shrink capsule according to the size of the wine bottle opening. Generally, large wine production companies will use the “air knife heat shrink machine” to heat seal the capsules for bottled wine. However, if your production is small or you are not equipped with a “wind knife heat shrink machine”, you can also use a heat gun instead, but you need to control the heat sealing temperature to ensure that it does not affect the heating and lead to the impact of the wine inside the bottle. The same effect can be achieved by inverting wine bottles with vinyl chloride shrink capsules in hot water and removing them.
